About Us

The Most Trusted Onboarding Platform

We are a software company focused on simplifying Fund investments by fusing together the needs of investors, fund managers and fund administrators onto a single SaaS platform (Tocan).

We are driven to simplify the way that all three parties engage, thus improving productivity whilst also enabling increased opportunities for investors and fund managers.

Since 2019, we have pioneered how technology can improve liquidity and distribution by leveraging digital assets and distributed ledger capabilities ensuring that we are developing Toan to address current state market challenges whilst also providing customers the opportunity to layer on top digital assets to realize additional benefits on a single platform.

Our goal is to create an integrated, interoperable ecosystem of traditional and digital funds where information is shared and assets can be freely traded across traditional rails and ledgers, adding significant value for every participant in the value chain.
